Blue Hour, which opened in 2016 and is based in Seoul, creates beautiful things through weaving and tufting.
Blue hour refers to the moment just before the sun sets and just before the sun rises, when blue and pink colors mysteriously mix. The name is taken from the first episode of director Eric Rohmer's film.
