HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF CAVA

I'M LOOKING FOR SOMETHING IN SPECIFIC
Are you overwhelmed by too many artworks?
The easiest way to search something is by using the Search Bar.
You can type in any keyword you are imagining, such as color, material, usage and etc.


Or do you want to navigate through certain categories?
Well if you do, you can simply use the Menu Bar, or use our Curation Menu.

Menu > Discover > Curation Menu might have all the categories you need.
Sorted out by Colors, by Materials, by Usage, even by Special Occations.

You can specify even more by using our Filters, just right above the products list!
What's the difference between ART, CRAFT?
All the lifestyle categories in CAVA is divided into CRAFT and DESIGN. 

CRAFT is simply made with loving hand.(which means handmade!)
It cannot be made in bulks, and non of the pieces are truly alike.
If you are a type of person who values originality than quality assured factory-products, this is what you are looking for.

Then what if the artist designed it, and then requested the manufacturing to a professional?
DESIGNis where you can find such products.
The best thing about DESIGN is that you never get disappointed by the quality, including the appearance.

I WANT TO SEE ALL BRANDS, ARTISTS, AND DESIGNERS
If you are ordering in Korea, make sure that the Currency|Nationality is set to KRW|South Korea.
If the selected country is different, errors might occur during the payment.

In different words, make sure you've set the correct country when you are in someplace else!
When ordering outside of South Korea, we accept only USD. 
*Currently, we are setting up the payment for other countries. Meanwhile, only KRW is supported. 

*Language selector does not effect any payments. Choose as you wish.
*Entering Korean address when even you've selected a different country, payment in USD is not supported.

Take a glance on our creators in just one page by clicking on Main Menu > Creators.
There are more than 1,000 creators on CAVA LIFE, and you can browse through images by their most popular works.

Have you found an artwork that is just right for you?
Then click on the creator's name to see other works, CV, and intoduction.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO BUY FOR A GIFT.
Selecting a gift for someone is sometimes pretty stressful.
It's confusing if there are too many options, and dissapointing when there not much to choose from.
Then Main Menu > Discover > Curation > by Occations or by Gifts menu might be able to help you out!

WHAT DOES 'CREATOR DELIVERY POLICY' MEAN?
Normally, we process your order as soon as it's been placed.
In case you want to cancel the order, or update your shipping destination, contact us right away through the Inbox widget.
Some orders might not be able to be canceled or modified depending on the status.
Package S : Smallest package. Clothings, accessories, small objects are most likely to be delivered in Small size package.
Package M : Medium sized package which is likely for outers, small cushion, vase and delicate products that requires a lot of packaging.
Package L : Pretty big package for stool, mobile, big objects.
Package XL : The biggest ones that are delivered by cargo forwarder and quick sevices.

HOW CAN I USE MY CREDITS?

2. 상단 [포인트 → 쿠폰 전환] 을 클릭! 

4. 1,000원부터 100,000원까지 금액대 중 사용할 쿠폰 선택 후,

5. 오른쪽 [쿠폰 발급하기] 버튼을 클릭

6. 발급 완료 팝업이 나타나면, 코드를 복사하거나 [지금 카트에 적용하기] 버튼 클릭! 

7. 이제 장바구니에서 적용된 쿠폰을 확인하실 수 있습니다.

* 마이페이지 상단의 [보유 쿠폰] 메뉴에서 다시 확인이 가능하답니다.

COMBINED SHIPPING? INDIVIDUAL SHIPPING? ADDED SHIPPING?
Thousands of products in CAVA all has it's own shipping fee.
But what if someone wants to get multiple products by one creator?
Will the shipping fee be charged equally? In that case a customer would pay more than she/he needs.
So this system is to let everyone know how a product is delivered, and the amount of price.

- Combined Shipping : Most typical way to deliver. When multiple products are ordered, it will be sent in a single box.
- Individual Shipping : Due to weight or material, all the products will be delivered separately. So the cost will increase accordingly.
- Added Shipping : Even though a creator is willing to send it in one box, the shipping cost might go up if the weight is too heavy. So a small portion will be added by amount of the products.

*This is why when returning a product, package should be the same as delivered.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Or just simply follow the steps below to track your status on our website.

1. Go to your Order History page.
2. Select the order you want to track.
3. Copy the numbers shown beneath the product name and fulfilled date.
4. Click on link Track Shipment and you'll be redirected to the shipping company's website. There you can paste the tracking number and then see the current status.

*If you cannot see the teacking number, that means that the sippment has not yet started.
The estimated processing time is shown on the product page. However, it may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.
WHERE CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Normally an order is handled right away after placed.
If you want to cancel or modify your order, contact us ASAP.
Some orders might not be able to edit due to made process.
I HAVEN'T RECIEVED THE PACKAGE YET.
Is the sipping delayed than the estimeted shipping time stated in the product page?

You can always change your email ID after login. My Account > Edit My Profile, this is where you can change it.
It will be automatically logged out for security reasons, and you can login back with your new ID.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PURCHASED ITEM?
The availability for return differs by every product. Be advised that most of the 'Made-to-Order' artworks can't be returned.
Even some of the Pre-Made works are also unable to return. So we advise you to check the return availability on the product page.
I THINK THERE IS A FLAW IN THE WORK.
CAVA LIFE is where creators from all around the world sells their products.
Especially ART&CRAFT category is where you can find all the handmade artworks. So there might be some flaws.
Small flaws cannot be the reason for any return or exchange.

But, if the product was damaged while delivery, we can help you get another one.
You can always contact us by clicking on the toggle button on the right-bottom side!
I WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE.
Exchange is currently not possible.
Therefore if you want an exchange, please return it first and then order it again.
For some particular situations, we can do our best to help you out with an exchange.
RETURN PROCESS
For returns, please contact us via Inbox widget.
Also please provide us the below informations for a quick support.
• Order Number (Can be found in the Order History)
• Product Name
• Name
• Reason for Return (If it is due to any flaws during the delivery, please attatch a image for reference.)
Delivery charge will be not refunded. This amount will vary by a product's size and weight, which you can check it out in  'Return and Exchange'.
REFUND AMOUNT IS DIFFERENT TO WHAT I EXPECTED
If the refund amount is different from what you've expected, please double check for the return delivery charge!
To check the exact amount, simply visit the product page, and check in the  Creator Delivery Policy > Return & Exchange section.

If the product was free of charge when purchasing, delivery for a round trip will be charged.
In case you already paid for the delivery at the first time, only one way delivery fee will be charged.
Added Delivery, Combined delivery will be also charged for a return delivery cost when just one of them was returned.

Well, so what if none of the reasons above seem to have effected the difference? Then contact us!
REFUND HASN'T BEEN MADE
Refunds will be processed immediately after the return is completed, but the cancellation period may vary depending on the bank. .
Basically, it takes 7-15 business days. If cancellation is not confirmed even after more than 20 days, please contact us.

CAVA is not an open platform.
If you want to join us as a creator, send your porfolio to sell@ca-va.life
If your products are approved, you will get an email from us.
If you would like to open a store, please contact sell@ca-va.life with your portfolio attached.
After an internal review by the management, we will individually inform you of whether you can enter the store.
