SGENYN SGENYN

SGENYN (b. 1992) is developing work that transfers the afterimages of memories to the present by mixing media such as photography, video, design, sculpture, and installation. Starting with a portrait photography project using 35mm film in 2016, starting in 2021, we established a creative studio in the form of a fashion brand called SGENYN SERVICE to participate in the collection presentation process, including project planning, art piece and product production, lookbook photography, styling, and graphic design. It covers all necessary visualization tasks and focuses on visualization of intrinsic images.
He held the solo exhibition 《The Blurred Paradise》(Cabinet Club, Seoul, 2020), 《STRICTLY VINYL EXTENDED PLAY 2023》(Y173, Seoul, 2023), 《PACK FAIR 23》(Space Wadiz) , Seoul, 2023), 《CAVA LIFE & The Selects COVERED Capsule Collection》(New York, 2019), 《THE SCRAP: HAPPY TOGETHER》(Seoul, 2019), 《The Scrap》(Culture Station Seoul 284, Seoul, 2018), Participated in numerous special exhibitions. In addition, we are collaborating with artists and musicians.
