This is a small tray inspired by the Petri dish used in science experiments.

It is made as a set of two upper and lower plates, and like a Petri dish, the upper plate serves as a lid for the lower plate.
Since the leather direction of the upper and lower panels is different, you can use them separately depending on your preference.

It is produced using a water molding technique that involves soaking leather in water and then shaping it.
I tried to mimic the shape of glass by making it as minimal as possible without sewing.
