It explores how social and political structures form part of how we live and remember, as well as everything we feel, touch, and think about. It expresses abstract images from pictorial (portrait) ones through embroidery, and although it is formally a portrait, it is ultimately close to abstraction with individuality excluded. To this end, the social atmosphere delicately sensed by us in the contemporary era will be depicted, excluding the specificity that appears in facial expressions and portraits. In addition, abstract images talk about past trauma based on individual experiences, and by dealing with the ways in which trauma is conveyed through each portrait, it reveals that personal trauma is also a part of society. It attempts to balance vulnerability, trauma, hurt, strength, and love and care in a non-linear, semi-binary, and non-hierarchical way.
